Eva Erin Igo (born on November 9, 2002 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA), is a talented actress, dancer, choreographer, singer and model. Eva was originally born and resided in Minnesota, but today she currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

She was trained at Larkin Dance Studio in Maplewood, Minnesota which is known as one of the top dance studios in the United States.

Eva did her first solo at the age of 5 and was securing national and regional titles by the age of 7. She is trained in Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Ballroom and Acro and choreographed in Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater. She is famous for her extreme flexibility, especially in her legs and hip joints she shows some unreal transitions (NBC WoD S1 Finals, NBC WoD S1 The Divisional Final, Lego Animation Fan Hommage, NBC WoD S2 Qualifiers).

Eva appeared in Season 3 Episode 11 of the hit reality show Dance Moms, entitled Camouflaged Maneuvers. She and her team placed 1st against the ALDC's "Don't Ask Just Tell" and Eva placed 1st to Maddie Ziegler as well as receiving the highest score in the competition.

She received a perfect score with her solo "River" at Hall of Fame Dance Challenge in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2017 and is the first solo dancer to do so in over 12 years.

Eva was a contestant on the first season of NBC's World of Dance in 2017. She came first in the Junior Division and 2nd in the World Final to the legendary Les Twins with just a painful 0.17 point less at her age of 14 and missed the $1,000,000 USD grand prize. She made a return in second season, but didn't go as further by been beaten in the Duels from Avery Gay & Marcus Sarjeant whom were later beaten in The Cut. Though she didn't compete, Eva made a surprise appearance in season three. In addition to competing on the show, Eva attended, taught & performed in the company's live tours & championships.

She won the Industry Dance Awards 2018 for most fierce dancer under 18. She was been nominated together with Charlize Glass, JT Church, Sean Lew and Kaycee Rice.

In addition, she was nominated for a People's Choice Award - most popular person in US regarding Gallup institute - for the category Competition Contestant of 2018.

Igo was also featured in Jennifer Lopez's music video, "Amor, Amor, Amor" directed by Jessy Terrero.

In 2019, she was starring as Evena in Shawn Welling's Science Fiction Movie The Last Astronaut, which made her breakthrough in the film industry and she stayed loyal to the director and vice versa. She won a Houston Film Society's Critics' Choice Award in the category "Best Rising Star" for her role. Shawn and Eva knew each other since she performed on a episode in 2018 of his TV series The AXI: The Avengers of Extreme Illusions. This series chronicles the tale of the war between the combative Dark Army and the mythical powers of AXI: Avengers of Xtreme Illusions. The world's greatest dancers land on the set of the filmmaker for this award winning web series. Eva play first time Evena alongside actors/dancers Preslee Bishop, Chloe Klitus, and Darrin Dewitt Henson in episode five season five The Last Astronaut[2], which got inspiration of the later 1h 19 min feature film "The Last Astronaut"[3].[4][5] She also guest-starred on Dance+5 India of International Squad Challenge by host D'Souza in Mumbai on 14 Dec – 15 Dec, 2019.

In 2022, Shawn's drama movie If I Could Ride was released on April 12, 2022 in the US [6] where Eva is starring with the same director Shawn Welling. The Dance Mogul Magazine posted a great interview with Eva about the film. Eva was nominated for best actress and won an award as part of the best ensemble cast at the WorldFest Houston Awards 2022 for her role. She won also an award for best actor/actress at the Arrow International Film Festival 2022 for it. Shawn is currently filming next movie with Eva - his thriller movie Monstrous: Interview with a Killer.[7]. Another comedy movie The Great American Action Hero[8] by Welling is in post-production featuring her in now together four different genres. Eva shot also a TV movie thriller called Stalked By My Stepsister by directors John Burd and Logan Giese where Eva plays the stepsister with a dark side.[9] Relax! The dancer Eva doesn't get rusty.

Eva in 2023 is already booked in advance for Welling's The Legend of Bayou Bill where she might play Deputy Windy Barron of the town Sheriff Bayou Bill (Joshua Peri), who is hunting the Mayor of a small town by the killing of his young daughter.[10] "Stalked by My Sister" premiered on June 16 and has been available on Lifetime Movie Network since October 26, 2023. [11][12] Eva shot another thriller movie with director Logan Giese "Her Deadly Letters" an was playing Gwen Johnston, but the title changed later. On August 11, she got her first theater main role where she was acting, dancing and singing in New York City. Despite her success as actress she continues teaching classes in the US and at one time in the UK. Eva created with Aja Jude Schön a new intensive class series beginning since December 30, 2023 theexp3rience based at Metropolitan Dance Alliance in Shakopee, Minnesota for the age groups 6-8, 9-12 and 13+ in a non-competitive environment. She is really good with kids. Does it all for the groupies...

In 2024, the sequel If I Could Ride 2 has been filmed[13], where Eva, Alexis Arnold and Tom Vera are the main cast again.[14] But director this time was Nick Pinelli, who wrote also the script, but is by acting, producing, composing as well more an allrounder and is directoring after doing some short films his first feature. Eva played Gwen Johnston in The Book Club Murders. The 1 h 30 min TV thriller by director and writer Logan Giese premiered on October 3, 2024 on Lifetime Network.[15] [16] -Trailer. The featured drama If I Could Ride 2 premiered on March 9, 2025 at the Premiere Lebanon Opera House. Release date for rest of US is July 1, 2025 unter the title If I Could Ride Again as 1h 37 min feature Online Stream on vimeo.
