As a young dancer and choreographer, she was mostly trained at Master Ballet Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona, but she didn't graduate and aborted her education. She had danced and was trained before by San Diego Dance Centre and Danceology Performing Arts Campus, both owned by her cousins, Kristen Hibbs and Nicole Lucia respectively. It took me really a long time to learn to be mental stable, but how you can do that is with a good support system and really try to stay grounded, and know a lot of stuff in the dance world then don't mean anything to you in a few years. I know what was a big deal for me then is not a big deal for me now. Winning that competition doesn't mean anything to me now. Nothing. Like, it's so interesting, because you move yourself in a situation, oh my god, everything seems so big. It's really not a big deal. So being much easier to yourself, because you do it because you love it and you cannot listen to any other noice. That's what I think. And that's I think how I get a healthy relationship with dance and being in the dance world. But it took me out of it so long. Hmm I was like, "I destroyed my fandom.", I guess you might can say. - Not you, because you guys are here. You guys are so awesome. - "I destroyed my fandom and my name in a sence", like many people told me that all the time, but my mental health was at risk and I think quiting dance for three years I did and remove myself from the dance world, was the best thing I had ever done for myself, because it told me how to be normal and it told me have a healthy relationship with myself. And I think that has to come always first and if not; take a step back and look at it for what it is and don't put not to much pressure on you to do or be a certain way and know that everything comes at time. *Sophia completed her first pirouette when she was 4. Completed 4 in row when she was 5, and kept going on. In 2020, she got asked, if she can do world record again these days. She answered, she could, but it would hurt her. When she was training to break the world record she was turn so fast and so much on daily basis that she started to break blood vessels in her hands. Her hands would turn purple, swell and itch if she tried to turn that fast now. She said for pirouettes  it`s all about physics and science - spot and momentum.
