'''8.''' Don't just blank out the page. And to all those who want to edit here and add dancers, be very careful; because the dancer you add might tick the parents or guardians of the individual off and might want to complain. In fact, a parent might even want to block you from seeing their social media stuff, even if you are just browsing and even if (s)he hasn't been added yet; and if you happen to be a dancer yourself or someone who knows or is related to a dancer, you have to watch out too, as this wiki may not be for you to enter the information in; so be really careful when adding and/or editing dancer pages.

'''9.''' Normally we review a new page first by checking out, if the dancer is known in any community, who cannot be found in the internet or has no public eye yet. In any studios, conventions, competitions, by instructors or choreographers, and in most cases they are and we know also who is to ask about some new data. Many of us, members and administrators, write pages for the dancers themselves. Either by request of parents and kids on an event or spontaneously for big dance stars by personal interests. If we don't know the dancer, we look on primary on ages, pictures, birthdates, resistance locations, number of editors ID's, family and friends and what we can find in the internet. Until today we don't want permission of dancers, parents or legal guardians in writing and act in good faith and with common sense to accept pages, improve them and watch over progress. Of cource, many kids want to be in the same database like their idols, but not for everyone the wish can be fulfilled by default. Sorry, sweeties.

'''10.''' Miraheze did not operate services that are targeted at people under 13 years of age according Dutch law, and does not collect personally identifiable information. But be clear, it was allowed until April 2020 in the U.S. on Fandom without parent permission to offer a service for them. Within the EU sometimes even both parents with right of custody and over 13 years old child permissions were required regarding domestic rule depending by country up to the age of 16 to use pictures and videos featuring them. This means kids under that age could not use this wiki or some data of them could not be featured. That is why we did not host in Germany on SkyWiki and more later. But if some of such data by kids under these age requirements was entered and is mistakenly migrated to kiddancers.wiki back to U.S., please inform us, so we can delete them, or alternatively with your permission take them temporally offline, but still will keep them, until required age limit is reached to publish it online again.

'''13.''' Pictures uploaded here will set under our [https://kiddancers.wiki/wiki/Kid_Dancers_Wiki:Copyrights licence]. For professional entertainers we are moving a little bit imprudent on the edge here. Since many pages of our wiki were featured on the top sites of the mainstream search engines, such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Yandix etc, we are burdened to deliver at least one attractive headshot of them, because clients, employers, media and agencies look very first on that. So we "steal" often one from non-professional sources (not from photographers, magazines, advertisement, etc.) without asking for permission, such as their Instagrams, edit it a little bit and put picture without asking of permission under CC-BY-SA 4.0 licence on their pages. But sometimes it is hard to find one. In all these years a dancer never did complain about that. On the contrary, most were glad about it and some had sent us their last headshot for their pages. So we continue to "be bold". However, if you don't want to accept it and want your picture(s) removed, feel free to complain.

'''14.''' We offer a feature to post embedded videos by standards for YouTube, Twitch, Bilibili etc - [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:EmbedVideo full documentation]. We decline to take liability for copyrights and other licences, just check out the content, if it could be inappropriate for kids and the feature for data protection agreement is active. But at the beginning on our new VPS, we actually don't know which type of videos and audios by Internet Service Provider will actual work. We are sorry, if it might crash.
