Sophia spent a short time at the beginning of the 2012-2013 competition season competing with the Abby Lee Dance Company, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Producers asked her for years and her mom wanted them to stop calling so they finally did the show but left because they didn’t want to be locked into a contract.
