There are no rules on this wiki that I can see either against editing only one page, nor against removing pictures that they themselves added in the first place. You are not the admin on this wiki. It's great that you wish to help by standardizing the page layouts, but you are not in a position to make up rules for other contributors.

If you wish to help a new user learn to create pages in the standard layout, then please do so politely. You could point to some help pages on editing, and give examples of how similar articles look. Telling somebody to stop editing and let "professionals" do it, is a good way to drive new editors away before they have a chance to learn.

It does not matter whether Amy55104 is related to the dancer or not, so please stop requesting that information.
