Who are Moderators?

Contributers could become moderators by an administrator or a member, depending on purpose and trust, with lesser rights than them, but more than a common registered user, to do maintaining and updating the pages on voluntarily base without any personal burdens for the community of a restricted group of dancers or on administrator level between wikis on a special issue.

Scope of Moderators

The pages of a group of dancers a moderator be cared about could be:

  • Members of a dance studio.
  • Attendents of a convention or a competition.
  • Being citizens of a state or country.
  • Who are interesting, practising or are experts of a special style of dancing.
  • Students of a school, scholarship or academy.
  • Students or assistants of a choreographer or teacher.
  • Assigned to a competition organization.
  • Appeared on a TV show or on another event.
  • Managed by an agency or a manager.
  • and more

Additional User Features for Moderators

  • They get informed about any changes of pages when they subscribed one or more categories assigned to the pages.
  • They get informed when other moderators doesn't react over some time to page changes by categories these were assigned too.
  • They can inform members and administrator about abuse of users or content rumbling between users as well as when technical help is required they cannot do themselves and set up a ticket.

How to become a Moderator

Quite simple. A registered user who made already some content can get by request moderator rights on the user page on tab 'Discussion' (talk) from the member of the wiki. - PLEASE REALIZE WE ARE NOT FULL OPERATIONAL YET, IF RESPONSE TAKE SOME TIME.
