Hailey Bills (born on May 18, 2006) is a teenage dancer from Utah, who trained at studios such as Center Stage Performing Arts.
She is an award winning dancer who won the Dance Awards for Mini Female Best Dancer at the Dance Awards in 2017, and Teen Female Best Dancer in 2022. In 2015, she won Miss Petite at the Starpower Nationals. She was one of the pros on Dancing with the Stars Jr.; she was partnered with Tripp Johnston.
On September 10, 2025 it was revealed that Bailey is a member of the Dancing with the Starts Season 34 Troupe now, which as common known is a pre-step to get the opportunity to become one of the next DWTS pros "Sr.". She joined Jaxon Willard, Onye Stevenson and Carter William. Hailey is following in the footsteps of aunt Jenna Johnson, who got her start on the reality show DWTS as a member of the troupe before turning pro for season 23 in 2016. After briefly leaving the ballroom, Jenna, 31 when Hailey joined, rejoined the troupe in season 25 and returned as a pro in 2018. She went on to win the coveted mirrorball trophy with Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon and former Bachelor Joey Graziadei in seasons 26 and 33, respectively. Her mother Stacy and her auntie Jill are not only dancers, but they also previously competed on Fox's hit dancing competition series So You Think You Can Dance. Stacy even served as her younger sisters' company director when they were younger, per the Daily Herald. Jenna also competed on the show and made it farther than her two sisters.
One of Hailey's first performance on DWTS S 34 with her former youngster duet partner at Center Stage Jaxon Willard to Cha Cha as Troupe members now.
