Chandler "ChaCha" Charlotte Shen (born on July 15, 2012) is an American child dancer, actress & model from California, who dances and trains at Mather Dance Company with her big sister Kennie. She has over time become extremely jealous and bitter about Ava Foley and Everleigh Rose' close bond. She has been spotted in many youtube videos, bullying Everleigh and her mom has been spotted lying about dance competition results to give of the impression that Chacha is a better dancer than she actually is.
