I've noticed that. I've tried to figure out how to block him but I can't. Unfortunately our admin hasn't been online in almost a year. Right before that, she'd asked me if I wanted to be bumped up to admin with her. Obviously I said yes, but she couldn't figure out how to do it for me and left before we could work on it. So I'm not sure there's a way for us to block anyone :/
